New music project from Seattle featuring multi-instrumentalist/producer Budo and indie-folk troubadour Kris Orlowski. 

The duo received some attention after putting out one song in 2016, leading to radio play, a prime time tv sync, over +180k listens on spotify and a live appearance at Upstream Music Festival.

Finally, in 2018, they are putting out the record after going through meteoric music releases, presidents, weddings, funerals, jobs, and world tours. This album imbues the roller coaster what has become some of the most pivotal years of their lives and arguably of our generations. This album feels like a dichotomy, matching up two kindred spirits with different sensibilities from different scenes. It strings together those moments of hope and apathy that have equally haunted our days and kept us marching forward.

Some of the songs are noted a temperature change from Orlowski’s warmer new-folk sensibility, hinting influences from charges political climate clogging everyone’s personal news cycles. Orlowski’s hope may waver, but his sincerity remains. In a world where truth is allusive, these songs are a welcomed change.
